Dartfodian Award

Congratulations to Noreen Salway, Chairman who received the Dartfordian Award for Services to the Community of Southfleet on 9th December 2014.

On the 29th Of June 2018 Noreen also received a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the Rochester Diocese in recognition of her commitment over 32 years service as a Local Authority Governor of Sedley’s School.

Noreen has served the parish for over 40 years and is dedicated to protect the parish from over development which may have an impact on traffic, environment, water resources and air pollution. She is a knowledgeable gardener and together with other Parish Councillors nurtures plants, bulbs and trees throughout the year to plant around the village enhancing the environment which provides a beautiful display every Spring.
